Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made at The Golden Plaza are subject to confirmation upon availability. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.
  2. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Payment Policy: Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
  5. No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a no-show fee.
  6. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay at The Golden Plaza. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
  7. Smoking Policy: The Golden Plaza is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in designated non-smoking areas.
  8. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at The Golden Plaza, with the exception of service animals.
  9. Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests, staff, and property. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive may result in eviction without refund.
  10. Liability: The management of The Golden Plaza is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests during their stay, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or illness.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  2. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed manually by our reservations team. Please allow sufficient time for processing, and contact us if you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe.
  3. Refund Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made outside the specified cancellation period. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for any unused portion of the reservation once the guest has checked in.
  4. Bank Charges: Any bank charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the guest.
  5. Modification of Refund Policy: The Golden Plaza reserves the right to modify its refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated to guests via our website or other official channels.
